Recruited and facilitate a WeHoX Task Force made up of visionaries, innovators, and local business leaders.
Co-created a series of open salon events and working groups.
Published the City of West Hollywood's first ever Innovations Annual Report
Designed, developed and launched WeHoX.org website
Established ongoing content strategy and publishing workflow for WeHoX.org
Researched and write a WeHoX Innovation Fund research brief on establishing guidelines for the City's first internal revolving fund in support of employee innovation.
